About Us
Mike Winter
Mike has been married to his wife Kim for more than 30 years. They are the parents of ten children, ages 12 to 30, all of whom currently claim to be walking in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Mike and Kim also enjoy eight grandchildren but are certain their children can and will produce more!
Mike met his wife while attending Hope College where he received Jesus as his Savior then subsequently earned his BA in Religion. Using his degree, Mike served two years as an associate pastor before ‘retiring.’ Mike then worked ten years in the insurance industry beginning as a sales representative before transitioning to corporate, where he worked in marketing management.
After leaving the temporary insurance industry Mike joined CBMC in 1997 as the area director for Central Michigan. Mike has been on staff now with CBMC for more than twenty-five years.
