Our Mission
“To reach, empower and deploy generations of men in the workplace to live out their faith and multiply their impact for Christ.
(Jhn) 16:32-33 CJB “But a time is coming — indeed it has come already — when you will be scattered, each one looking out for himself; and you will leave me all alone. Yet I am not alone; because the Father is with me. “I have said these things to you so that, united with me, you may have shalom. In the world, you have tsuris. But be brave! I have conquered the world!”
Many men profess faith in Jesus, yet struggle to live it publicly. This is why courage for Christian men is one of the greatest needs of our time.
Jesus warned His disciples that pressure would come—and when it did, they would scatter. Fear would cause them to think first of themselves rather than stand with Him.
That same battle remains today.
Why Courage for Christian Men Is Lacking
The primary reason our world does not reflect stronger Christian influence is not a lack of believers—it is a lack of boldness.
Too often, men:
In doing so, they repeat what the disciples did:
They leave Jesus alone.
Not by abandoning Him in word—but by failing to stand with Him in life.
The Root Issue: Fear of Man Over Fear of God
Jesus said the disciples would be “scattered, each one looking out for himself.”
That is the essence of fear.
Courage for Christian men begins when the fear of God outweighs the fear of man.
The Foundation of Courage: Christ Has Already Won
Jesus does not call men to courage without reason.
“Be brave! I have conquered the world!”
He conquered:
This means:
We are not fighting for victory—we are living from it.
Courage for Christian men is rooted in the finished work of Jesus Christ.
How We Conquer the World
Jesus conquered through surrender.
We follow Him the same way.
We conquer the world when we die to ourselves and identify with Jesus before others.
The call is not safety—it is faithfulness.
What Is at Stake
This is not theoretical.
Apart from Jesus Christ:
And through Jesus:
Courage for Christian men is not just about personal boldness—it is about the eternal destiny of others.
The Call to Identify with Jesus
Men must decide:
Will I stand with Jesus—or shrink back from Him?
Jesus was not ashamed to be identified with us.
We must not be ashamed to be identified with Him.
Run Today’s Play:
Ask yourself:
Where am I shrinking back from identifying with Jesus?
Then act:
Don’t wait for comfort.
Choose courage today.
